Automated steam cleaning and degreasing with industrial robots is a highly versatile solution, adaptable to a wide variety of production environments and applications.
Dry steam is especially well-suited for robotic washing applications. Industrial robots can follow highly precise washing paths, ensuring that every part of the component is thoroughly cleaned with targeted steam application.
These paths can be easily programmed to accommodate any shape or geometry.
REA designs specialized steam nozzles specifically for robotic use, as well as enclosed washing cabins equipped with effective suction systems for safe and efficient operation.
The system produces minimal wastewater and eliminates the need for detergents. The robotic steam washing not only provides excellent degreasing but also removes particles as small as 20 microns. Additionally, the steam nozzle can be used with compressed air to dry the piece when needed.
