Tornado Modular Belt Cleaner

The REA Tornado system enables automatic, chemical-free cleaning of modular conveyor belts using only 10-bar steam pressure at high temperatures (<100°C on impact). It consumes minimal water (about 20L/hour), eliminating the need for detergents and reducing chemical and disposal costs. The high-speed rotating steam nozzle efficiently removes residues, followed by a second round for complete sanitization.
