Jolly S1 Model – Semi-Automatic Steam Belt Cleaner
The Jolly S1 is a semi-automatic steam belt cleaner designed to clean and sanitize conveyor belts during production. It is installed on the belt return, ensuring continuous hygiene without disrupting operations.
This steam cleaning tool remains static while maintaining direct contact with the conveyor belt, making it an ideal solution for plastic, Teflon, and smooth steel belts. Its efficient steam-based cleaning process effectively removes dirt and contaminants, promoting a hygienic production environment.
Depending on the cleaning requirements, the operator can select either steam + water mode to remove visible residues or steam-only mode for sanitization. In both cases, the continuous suction ensures that the belt remains perfectly dry after cleaning.

If the customer has an existing steam supply, REA can provide the washing system configured to operate with the customer’s steam source.
