The VDA belt cleaning system is designed to accommodate belts of various widths, making it especially effective for smooth belts. It features a quick-fix anchoring system, allowing for easy attachment and repositioning along the conveyor belt’s width to ensure complete surface coverage (see video).

VDA can be utilized both after production (mounted on the conveyor belt) and during production. This cost-effective washing solution requires either a 9 kW or 18 kW steam generator, depending on the belt’s width. The generator serves not only the belt cleaner but also other cleaning operations within the facility.

Currently, VDA stands as the simplest, most efficient, and most economical system for cleaning and sanitizing belts in the agri-food industry.
